Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Preston Rodie started his journey in music playing in several bands, working in local recording studios, and running live sound at a nearby church. Upon graduating Arizona State University in 2012, Rodie headed to New York to pursue an internship at Warner Music. He transitioned through several labels and departments including royalties, publicity, promotions, marketing, A&R admin and ultimately A&R. He joined the A&R team at RCA in 2014, scouting pop and alternative artists, while working closely with several acts including international breakouts Amy Shark and Nothing But Thieves. Rodie currently serves as an A&R Manager with Sire Records/Warner Bros. Records.
