With over 40 years in the entertainment industry, Lionel has been involved with a diverse spectrum of the industry as a business founder/manager. Including founding a live music booking agency, founding and being senior editor of an entertainment magazine, and managing a music licensing agency. Lionel is currently CEO of multi-award-winning SyncLodge, the All-In-One Music Licensing Management Platform which includes SCORE, the world’s first Searchable Composer Registry.

On the creative side, Lionel has played 1000’s of shows in many countries, written hundreds of songs, and co-written many more. He has produced albums, engineered recordings, arranged music, and has 12 albums released under his name.

Lionel is currently seen as highly knowledgeable on the entertainment industry, with the core focus on the mechanics and revenue streams of the music industry, and IP rights management. He has been invited to speak at many industry conferences and international forums including United Nations keynote speaker and panel moderator. He is consistently being invited to do educational workshops at recognized industry educational institutions in the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
