Eric McLellan began working in the music industry as an intern at Universal Motown Records in 2004. After a four-year stretch at SonyBMG that included a sting as Music Video Production Coordinator, he came onboard at Sire in 2008, working his way up from A&R assistant, to A&R Scout, then Associate Director and now his current position as Director of A&R at Sire Records/Warner Bros. Records and most recently ADA.

Eric's position entails discovering, signing and developing artists to re-establish the iconic Sire Records roster and handles all day-to-day operations at the label. His resume includes A&Ring projects for Delta Rae (whom he signed with legendary Sire Records founder Seymour Stein in September 2011), Ewert & The Two Dragons, Kill It Kid, Ben Fields and Cold Fronts. Eric's most recent signing is rapper Deniro Farrar, whom he brought to Vice Records and Warner Bros. Records. Outside of music, Eric's other great passion is baseball - he was recruited to play at the Division I college level.
